Not receiving international SMS

Bonjour,
Sorry for the English message but my French isn't very good. I've been using Free for a few months and everything has been fine until now. I was on holiday in Hungary and half way through my trip I stopped receiving international SMS and now I am back in France I am still not receving them.
My family in New Zealand have been sending me SMS and I haven't received them but if I send an SMS to them they receive it. Does anyone know how to fix this, is this a problem with my Free network?

Désolé pour le message en anglais, mais mon français n'est pas très bon. Je me sers gratuit pendant quelques mois et tout a été très bien jusqu'à maintenant. J'étais en vacances en Hongrie et la moitié de mon voyage, j'ai cessé de recevoir des SMS internationaux et maintenant que je suis de retour en France, je ne peux toujours pas les recevoir.
Ma famille en Nouvelle-Zélande m'ont envoyé des SMS et je n'ai rien reçu, mais si j'envoie un SMS à eux, ils le reçoivent. Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment résoudre ce problème, est-ce un problème avec mon réseau Free?
