Message par nathalex » mer. 11 avr. 2018 18:02

Bonsoir,
Merci d'avance

Verify email account settings on the Mail app.

Go to Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap the email account.
If necessary, tap on the account again.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, tap the right-arrow (>) next to SMTP server information (hostname).
Tap the right-arrow next to hostname right below Primary Server.
Enable the option to ‘Use SSL.’
Authentication must be set as ‘Password.’
Be sure to review all important server information including the following:

Hostname – For example: smtp.server.com
Username – Your complete email address including the information after @ (domain name).
Password – The correct password for your email. Re-enter the password.
Server Port – Port number is provided by your email service provider.

Note:

If the port number you see is 25, it means you can only send email when you are connected to your email provider’s network. Ask for other alternative port numbers, if needed.
Method 2: Sign out of your email account and sign in again.

Method 3: Exit Mail app and re-open it.

Method 4: Remove and re-add your email account.

Solutions/recommendations for those who cannot send email on their iPhone 6 using company or work (ActiveSync Exchange) email account

Method 1: Check and re-enter username and password details.

Here’s how:

Go to Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Exchange.
Under Accounts, tap to select Exchange from the available options.
Tap Account under Exchange.
Review the username and password information. If necessary, re-type the username and password for your email account.
Tap DONE on the account screen to confirm or save current changes.
Method 2: Sign out of your email account then sign back in.

Method 3: Remove and then re-add or set up your email account again.

You may need to contact your network administrator (IT personnel) at work to ensure the server (incoming and outgoing) settings you enter are correct.

Other workarounds applicable to both personal and corporate email accounts

Perform a soft reset on your iPhone. A simple restart might be the only thing you need to resolve this problem, considering it’s on the software.
Press and hold the Power and Home
When the Apple logo appears, release both keys.
Reset Network Settings on your iPhone. This process will erase the current network settings such as Wi-Fi network, password, etc., and restore them to default. Create a backup of this information, if necessary.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to and tap General.
Scroll to and tap Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings.
Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm action.
Wait for your iPhone to reboot and once it turns back on, the default network settings will be restored.
More Helpful Tips:

If you happen to encounter problems while using the Email app on your iPhone, be sure to take note of the error message. Error prompts and codes are generally designed to give end-users a hint on what the actual problem is. And from that, you would be able to determine what’s wrong and what to do to get it fixed.
Other issues on sending and receiving emails are resolved by power-cycling their modem or wireless routers. The process involves powering off the modem/router, unplugging it from the outlet and then after 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on. Once it’s up, reboot your iPhone.
Also make sure the email file you are trying to send does not exceed the file size limit. This usually happens when you’re trying to send an email with media file attachments.
